I was planning to rehome her, but my 5-month-old cat has fully adopted her as her baby- guess I'm a parent-in-law now. No way I can separate them now, haha.

Pantherdraws • 8h ago. Cats really will just see an unattended baby and go "Is anyone gonna adopt this thing?" and then not wait for an answer before deciding that that's Their Baby, Now.

CrappleGroan • 8h ago So my older boy cat, Doug, HATED the fact that my roommate got a girl kitten. There was avoidance and hiding and hissing. The whole thing. Now they are 5 and 2 years old and it's like Stepbrothers (the movie) when they decide they like each other. Rampaging through the house, building bunk beds, power tools. It's crazy.

FlashyOrdinary2484 8h ago That's adorable! Especially since most cats usually don't accept other babies, this is such a sweet exception!
